Thank you for visiting the Guatealma.com.  Please review the following basic guidelines that administer your use of our online shop and the purchase of products from our online shop.  The use of our website establishes your agreement to follow and be bound by these terms.

Refund Policy - Items can be returned within 5 days of receiving your order for a full refund (at Guatealma's discretion.)  Items are only eligible for refund if the items are unworn/unused (with tags still attached) and in perfect selling condition.  The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping charges on returned items.  These terms are at Guatealma's discretion.

Exchange Policy - Items can be returned within 10 days of receiving your order for exchange or credit (at Guatealma's discretion.)  Items are only eligible for exchange if the items are unworn/unused (with tags still attached) and in perfect selling condition.  The buyer is responsible for paying all shipping charges (both ways) on exchanged items.  These terms are at Guatealma's discretion.

Product Availability - Although a product may appear available on our online shop, Guatealma cannot guarantee the immediate availability of that product for delivery.  Guatealma reserves the right, without liability or prior notice to change, discontinue, or cease to make available any or all products found on the online shop or to cancel any order.

Colors - We do our very best to ensure the accuracy of colors of products found on our online shop.  However, all monitors/devices display images differently.  Guatealma does not guarantee that your monitor's/device's display of any colors will be accurate, therefore actual color of product may be slightly different than it appears on our online shop. 

Customer Privacy - Guatealma.com respects our customers account information as private and confidential information and will never share customer information with any individuals or outside afflictions.
